Week 2 Challenge: No Desserts
I love sweets. If it's got sugar in, I'll usually eat it. Unless it's
got banana in it, but that's a story for a different challenge. Since
last week was my birthday, I ate so many sweets (see pictures below)
that I have a sugar hangover going on today. So this week's challenge
is to go without desserts. That means no secret candy from my work
candy bowl, no emergency cookie from the Girl Scout cookie stash in the
freezer, no hand full of M&Ms after dinner, and definitely no
cupcakes. This challenge is going to be really difficult for me as I am
a stress eater and this week is going to be extremely busy at work and
at home. I'm all stocked up with yogurt and fruit, so I'm hoping that
will hold the sugar cravings at bay. My next dessert will be on my
spring break trip to Walt Disney World!
